Refund policy

We want you to love your Jorie. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return:  
• Jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging.  
• Customized or final sale items are not eligible for return.  

To start a return, please contact us at infojorie@gmail.com with your order number.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
